ecoStar is a new generation of paper that is 100% recycled and combines stunning good looks, the whiteness, printability and runability of virgin fibre papers, with strong environmental credentials.
In short, ecoStar is made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste, and still delivers first class print production.
To help you find the paper that’s right for you, and discover how using ecoStar can reduce your environmental footprint, we have developed an environmental calculator, which you can access on our website (www.thinkecostar.com.au) (We affectionately know him as Dexter II).

About:
Raw and Uncoated
Weight:
Anything from 80 gsm to 350 gsm
Interests:
Growing organic veggies, chooks, getting my hands dirty tinkering with my grey water system and my single speed townie. I usually spend my weekends planting trees or clearing invasive weed species with my local Landcare group. Doing my bit to look after our environment is really what I am passionate about. As I live in Tasmania, I am surrounded by stunning forests and wilderness, which I often spend weeks hiking through. I would love to see Argentina but havent recycled enough to make my flight carbon neutral yet. Total environmental responsibility puts the curl in my mo.
Last relationship:
A stunning 120-page brochure on 100% recycled post-consumer waste.
Traits:
100% recycled and made Carbon Neutral.
Best Holidays:
Hiking in the Tasmanian forests.
About:
Smooth and Silky
Weight:
Depending on how many macaroons Ive eaten, I can go from 115 gsm to 350 gsm.
Interests:
Collecting antique silver tea and egg spoons, reading cookbooks from yesteryear and baking, especially making delicious treats for friends. I also help out at the local soup kitchen. I cant stand waste not being reused somehow, so every Tuesday I collect leftover food from the restaurants near me and through a local charity, take meals to feed those less fortunate. We all have to do our bit to reduce waste and I feel good because Ive done something for the environment.
Last relationship:
A sumptuous, four-colour, 100 page booklet called Tips to Make You the Perfect Hostess
Traits:
A clean silky surface made of 100% recycled post-consumer waste.
Best Holidays:
Antiquing in Daylesford, the scenery there took my breath away.
About:
Vivacious and Glossy
Weight:
Its a womans prerogative not to say!
Interests:
Men in designer suits, pilates and my pure bred poodle Coco. I am also very fussy about my diet. I cant stand the thought of clogging my arteries with all that saturated fat. I try to eat sustainably caught fish three times a week. Omega 3 gives me a healthy, glossy glow and keeps me strong. People are often surprised, but Im also very passionate about building a sustainable community. When I'm not getting pampered at the day spa, I'm working hard organising my next fundraising benefit. I'm an activist at heart, and there's nothing more important than getting involved to raise funds for a great cause. And Im always looking for a handsome man to accompany me to my next charity ball.
Last relationship:
Think full colour, glossy double-page spreads, lots of white space, flagship publication. Then think green, because thats what it was
Traits:
A superb white finish with an ultra smooth gloss.
Best Holidays:
I love the pure white beaches and clear, turquoise water of the Aegean, oh and Paris...wow
